Refund policy

In accordance with European and Greek consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason. But for hygiene and health protection reasons, beauty/cosmetic/personal care products can not be returned. If products are sealed then a return request can be made, provided the seal has not been tampered with. Note that for returns without a reason the customer pays the return fee and an additional 30% for restocking (this will be deducted from the paid amount).

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 5 working days by sending photos, order number and a description of the issue, and we will replace or refund your money.
