Welcome to Baraego.gr. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

1. Important medical disclaimer

Even products made with natural ingredients can cause skin reactions in sensitive individuals, especially if they contain essential oils. If you are unsure about a possible sensitivity, do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.

If a product causes an adverse skin reaction, stop using it immediately and see your doctor or pharmacist.

Baraego brand products and advice do not claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

2. Safe use of products

Please read the ingredient list and directions on each product before use. Use products only as intended and keep them out of reach of children. Our products are for external use only unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues or pricing errors, and we will refund any payment in full.

4. Payment and shipping

Available payment and shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under EU and Greek consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. For hygiene and health protection reasons, non-sealed beauty/cosmetics/personal care products cannot be returned. If a product comes with a seal and the seal has not been broken the product can be returned.

To start a return, contact us at cs@baraego.gr. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 5 working days with photos and we will replace or refund it.

6. Limitation of liability

Baraego is not liable for individual adverse reactions or any other damages, including consequential damages, resulting from the use or handling of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Use of our products is at the end user's own responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, product descriptions) belongs to Baraego or its brand partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at cs@baraego.gr and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another out-of-court dispute resolution body.
