FAQ

Your questions, answered

The things people ask us most — without the euphemisms.

Can I use these products every day?

Yes. The cleansing oils are designed for daily use — that's the point of them. Because they clean without foaming surfactants, they don't strip the skin, so using them morning and evening won't leave the area dry or tight the way a shower gel can.

Why an oil instead of a foaming intimate wash?

Foaming cleansers work by lifting away oils — including the ones your vulval skin produces to protect itself. Used daily, that can leave the area dry, itchy and more reactive.

An oil cleanser dissolves what needs to come off and leaves the skin barrier intact. It's the same logic as an oil cleanser for your face, applied to skin that is thinner and more sensitive than your face.

Will it upset my natural balance or microbiome?

The formulas are made to work with the vulval microbiome rather than against it — no soap, no harsh surfactants, no antibacterial agents that wipe out the good bacteria along with everything else.

The Prebiotic + Postbiotic oil goes a step further and is formulated to actively support that balance.

What's the difference between the two cleansing oils?

Sea Buckthorn + Fragonia is the naturally scented original — warm, soft, and the one most people fall for first.

Prebiotic + Postbiotic is the biome-focused version, built for skin that reacts easily or is going through a sensitive phase.

Both cleanse and moisturise in one step. Check the individual product page for the full ingredient list and scent details.

Is there a fragrance-free option?

Yes — the range includes fragrance-free formulas for anyone who reacts to scent or simply prefers none. Each product page states clearly whether it is scented, and with what.

Can I use the oils with condoms?

No. Oil-based products can weaken latex and reduce the reliability of condoms and diaphragms. If you need something for intimacy, use the water-based glide instead, and keep the oils for cleansing and daily moisturising.

Can I use them during pregnancy, after birth or while breastfeeding?

The range is made with certified organic ingredients and is recommended by midwives across Europe, including for periods when the mucous membranes are especially fragile.

That said, pregnancy and postpartum are personal. If you're recovering from a birth, a tear or stitches, check with your midwife or doctor before starting anything new.

Where should the prebiotic deodorant go — and where shouldn't it?

It's made for external skin: the groin, the bikini line, under and between the breasts, and other places that get warm and stay covered. Apply to clean, dry skin.

Nothing in the range is for internal use. Don't apply anything inside the vagina.

Where are the products made?

In Sweden, with certified organic ingredients, non-toxic formulations and packaging chosen with the same care as what goes inside it.

I have itching, unusual discharge or pain. Will this fix it?

No — and we'd rather say so plainly. These are cosmetic care products, not treatments. Persistent itching, burning, a change in discharge or any pain deserves a proper look from a doctor or gynaecologist.

Once you know what you're dealing with, gentle daily care can absolutely be part of feeling comfortable again.

A note on advice. Everything here is general information about how the products are made and used. It isn't medical advice and it doesn't replace a conversation with your own doctor or midwife — especially if you're pregnant, recovering from birth, or living with a diagnosed skin or gynaecological condition.
